Hey there,
So, I have chosen "Christmas Day" as my anniversary/event. Given the opportunity to do animation I have decided to use it to my advantage and take it to a new level... somewhat. Not only am I determined on doing stop motion, but I would like to incorporate the use of a "green screen" with my animation as well. I am currently in the process of setting up a green screen in my basement and I could not be more excited! However, given it doesn't work out the way I would like it to I have designed some other means of animation as a backup. Though, I am very hopeful for the green screen!
Here we go:
1. "Green screen" with stop motion. Decorating a table for Christmas in front of my own made decorations ( letters) as well as ones I have laying around. Substitute background surprise!
2. "Poster or Set-Up." with stop motion. Instead of the green screen, I will enlarge a poster or set-up a scene with the Christmas decorations and tree I have in my house.

3. "Stop Motion of Decorating Tree." I will zoom in on a section of the tree while I take a series of pictures of the "letter decorations" put on one by one to then spell the word and zoomed in further to fit the google doodle placeholder.
4. "Self - Video Stop Motion." Take a series of picture of myself designing the Christmas google doodle on a pad of paper. At the end it will be stitched into stop motion and zoomed in, angled and placed properly into the google doodle placeholder.

5. "Model/Actor Stop Motion." I will have my sister, or myself act out a scene with the designed Christmas letters. In the end the video will zoom into only the hands and the letters itself spelling the word "Google." Highly decorated picture frames.
6. "Flash Animation." Dancing google to "jingle bells" and individually set themselves to spell the word. Website prompt start animation.

7. "Dancing Around the Page." Individually designed letters will dance all around the page to "jingle bells" or another Christmas song. Then set themselves into the google doodle placeholder.
8. "Santa Animation." Santa will walk into google from the left with the designed letters in his bag. Animation still to be determined.

9. "Animated Frames." The designed letters from the table design will be animated on its own. Animation still to be determined.
10. "Mixed Media Illustration." Santa will take up much of the negative space within the web page and will have each decorated letter sitting snug in between his belly and belt.

The green screen idea seems awesome! If you have the time :O
